Guess who finally showed up to the Ghost Story party like fifteen years late! Am I a cool kid yet?
One of my favorite things about this story is the fact that religion isn’t portrayed in an exclusively negative light, which is something that’s kinda hard to come across in queer writing. As a Christian pansexual, I have to admit to the problematic values of my religion, but also recognize the fact that there is more to it than those problematic values. I see a lot of fics where homophobia is the defining trait of religion, which makes me a little sad, but it’s understandable- a lot of bad people have given us a bad name.
That being said, I really like this and I think you guys should read it too (if you haven’t already)! WISH ME LUCK WITH THE REST OF THE FIC
